1. Telephone 218-838-3483:First you will speak directly, via telephone, with Kevin A. Yeager about your project concept. This is a no obligation, no cost for this initial consultation to address any questions or concerns you have.
2. Design Contract: If you feel comfortable to proceed, Kevin A. Yeager will make available to you - a Design Contract outlining the process, cost and timing of the design process.
3. Design Packet:Upon signing and receiving the contract, you will receive the Design Criteria Packet addressing all of the design information needed for Kevin A. Yeager himself to produce preliminary floor plans schemes for your review.
4. Preliminary Draft:Upon review of the Design Criteria Packet, completed by you, Kevin A. Yeager will make the applicable revisions to those floor plans, based on your feedback. He will then produce full color exterior schemes to review the exterior presentation.
5. Revised Floor Plans:Upon review of the revised floor plans and the exterior renderings, Kevin A. Yeager will proudce a set of full construction documents for your final review and revision.
6. Final Documents:A final set of reproducible construction document originals will be mailed and you are on your way to the home of your dreams.
7. Project Managment:Kevin A Yeager will also be available for any questions during the building process. Questions from your builder, during the construction, can be addressed and answered free of charge. There is never any additional charge for consultation, revisions or shipping. All of these consultative servcies are included in the price of your plans.
