What does it cost?
The cost for the service is $.85 (cents) per heated square foot of home. Included you will receive unlimited revisions and a set of reproducible original construction documents that can be copied as many times as you wish. There is never any charge for revisions, phone consultation or shipping. All of these services are included in the cost of the plans.

How long does the process take?
Typically, the entire process from beginning to end takes about 2-4 weeks.

What resources do I have to provide?
Kevin A. Yeager will send you a design criteria packet addressing all of the elements needed for you to design your dream home. (Photos, magazine clippings, web pages or other floor plans can be very useful.)

What kind of detail comes with normal plans?

Foundation and masonry plans.

Fully dimensioned floor plans for each level including window and door lists.

All four exterior elevations - with detail descriptions of materials.

Birds eye roof plan.

Applicable cross sections.

Detail Page.

Electrical and lighting design.

General typical specifications page.

We can also add more drafting to meet your individual needs, if necessary.
